Ingredients: Cheese Pudding : Glutenfree

Ingredients:to serve two

2 eggs

4 oz / 100g grated cheese

1 oz / 25g savoury

gluten-free flour mix

¼ pint / 150 ml milk

1 oz / 25g fresh ground mustard seed

salt to taste

fresh ground black pepper to taste

1 tomato

Instructions: Cheese Pudding : Glutenfree

Instructions:

Beat the eggs and then beat in the remaining ingredients.

Place the mixture in a greased baking dish.

Slice the tomato and place on the top before baking.

Cooking:

Preheated oven

Gas mark 6 400°F 200°C

Bake for 20 minutes.

Variations:

Add 4 oz / 100g cooked diced potato and stir into the mixture.
