Mayonnaise : Glutenfree
Ingredients: Mayonnaise : Glutenfree
Do not use mustard powder. It may contain wheat flour.
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp freshly ground mustard seed
½ tsp salt
2 table spoon vinegar
2 table spoon water
Instructions: Mayonnaise : Glutenfree
Beat the ingredients together and then stir continuously in a double boiler over heat until thickened. Do not overcook.
Use within a couple of days.
Note that the egg is not fully cooked.
