Crudites Recipe: Low Fat, Low Sugar
Fresh crisp sticks cut from a wide variety of fresh vegetables, or fruit, make excellent snacks or starters.
They can be served with a basic herb dressing with any meal.
Serve with a selection of sauces - don't smother food with sauces.
- Carrot, cut into sticks
- Red pepper ( remove seeds )
- Courgettes - small, cut into sticks
- Celery sticks
- Cauliflower, small florets
- Radishes, sliced
- Mushroom, raw, sliced
- Spring onions
- Apple, sliced
