239.Blue cheese dressing : Food Combining Hay Diet

A simple cheese dressing for serving with green or mixed salads.

Serves 4

2 oz / 50 g blue cheese - Danish blue, Cambozola etc

5 oz / 150 g plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh chopped tarragon


  • Crumble the cheese into the yogurt or use a liquidiser to mix all the ingredients together.

  • Do not keep for longer than two days in the refrigerator.
