263.Fennel salad : Food Combining Hay Diet

Serves 4

2 fennel bulbs

1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds

4 tablespoons French Dressing (see recipe)

Fresh chopped mint


  • Clean and peel the fennel bulbs, then grate them coarsely.

  • Crush the fennel seeds and combine with the grated fennel and French dressing.

  • Sprinkle with mint and serve.
