one shark steak
olive oil, butter or garlic butter
2 cloves garlic
- Wash the shark steak in cold water. It can also be skinned at this stage.
- Brush the steak with a little olive oil or butter.
- Grill on medium heat until cooked, up to ten minutes each side
- depending on the thickness of the steak.
- Brush with crushed garlic immediately before serving.
