A nice starter for a protein meal.
2 avocado pears
4 oz soft cream cheese
1 tablespoon double cream
1 tablespoon white wine
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground coriander seed
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom seed
salt & pepper
- Halve the pears and remove the stones.
- Blend the remaining ingredients and fill the cavities of the pears.
- Serve with salad garnish.
- Tip: Keep a separate pepper-mill for coriander seeds and grind as necessary
