hi peter. it says in the hay diet that you can have egg custard, is this true? if so what kind of egg custard. linda

Egg custard is not somthing I would recommend as it is made from uncooked eggs.

I would not worry about the eggs since 'egg custard' is cooked or baked in an oven and the eggs are cooked.
