Ground Flaxseeds: from AZ on 2006-09-21

Hi,
Thanks for this board. I'm starting to food combine again and was wondering where ground flaxseeds would fit. I like to take about 1 Tbs. a day for omega's.
I read Fit for Life back in the 80s but think I'll pick the book by Hay.

Flaxseeds have 18\% protein and 42\% fats or oils, so I would treat this as part of a protein meal.
