Rice milk/cereal: from on 2003-07-26

does rice milk over a whole grain cereal make digestion difficult? second what kind of whole grain cereals/rice milk do yall eat?? Thanks

I was told by my nutritionist that I can combine oatmeal with rice milk. I seem to digest it just fine. Try a little honey on top

Hi,I just got some of that starch blocker so I can eat some bread & pasta and so on,and I was wondering if the starch blocker will work with soy milk? since the base for the blocker to work is before the starch changes to sugar, so, is soy carbs contain sugar? if so how much in relation to total carbs? than you...Mark

You might want to try goats milk, it might work for you. I have a number of food allergies and I find food combining helps on a lot of levles. I have lost 6.5 lbs in 2 weeks, have less digestive problems, alot more energy and require less sleep

Hello

i used the SO GOOD soya milk for approx 4 weeks and came out with a serious skin condition on my neck and face. I would wake up in the morning and find layers of skin on my pillow. My neck and face were swollen badly and my neck had open wounds as if it had been slashed with a razor.

Steriod cream cleared it up initially but the problem keeps coming back even though i have stopped using the product. I have been told that the skin is infected and may stay like this permanently
