soft cheeses etc: from on 2004-11-11
I've just started food combining and want to know which, if any, 'soft' cheeses e.g cottage cheese, can be combined with a starch meal.
I'd also like to know whether or not it's okay to combine different acid fruits with my yoghurt at breakfast.
Finally, as a vegetarian, can I afford to miss out a protein meal during the day in favour of a starch meal, as some correspondents have suggested?
I appreciate anybody taking the time to answer these questions
