Re: sugar free jellyPeter2004-01-02 Chocolate is sugar plus fat. best with starch in small amounts only.
I would guess the Atkins diet is a gelatine jelly, definitely protein.
Re: sugar free jelly2004-11-12 yes you can eat the jelly on the atkins but you also inherit sweetners if your using things like the rowntree sugar free crystal form.
Re: sugar free jellyJane Bateman2007-02-14 Can you eat ROWNTREES sugar free jelly on induction weeks for Atkins Diet. Does it contain Aspartame sweetner?
Re: sugar free jellyemma2007-04-18 i always eat sugar free jelly on the atkins inductions - try it made with diet lemonade instead of water and with a serving of marscapone cheese! its lovely!
sugar free jellyMaria2010-01-20 I found that sugar free jelly bounced me right off induction and I had to start again. I was disappointed at first, until I thought "why would I want to perpetuate a craving for something (sweet stuff) that was making me fat in the first place?" We're all different and lots of people cope with the jelly perfectly well, but personally I am happy to know that conquering my sweet-tooth will have lasting benefits.
