sweetcorn? cottage cheese?

2001-09-01 Hi everyone who reads this!

Please could anyone tell me about:

1. sweetcorn. Is it a veg that can be eaten with both starch and protein meals?

2. cottage cheese. Someone told me that it can be eaten with starch meals, as t is very low in protein, is this right?
