D2007-04-03 i am wondering when would be the best time to take supplements.I take chlorella and though it is protein, it is 100% vegetable.This gets confusing.




Peter2007-04-03 It is the concentration of protein, and the quantity of protein that matters.
If what you are taking is a protein concentrate derived from Chlorella, then I would treat this as a protein.
Note that concentrated protein foods such as Tofu are also derived from a vegetable, but must be treated as a protein.
