for each person

one shark steak

olive oil, butter or garlic butter

2 cloves garlic


  • Wash the shark steak in cold water. It can also be skinned at this stage.

  • Brush the steak with a little olive oil or butter.

  • Grill on medium heat until cooked, up to ten minutes each side
      depending on the thickness of the steak.

    • Brush with crushed garlic immediately before serving.
