245.Horseradish sauce : Food Combining Hay Diet

A traditional sauce to serve with roast beef, beef stews or smoked fish.

Serves 4

2 oz / 50 g fresh horseradish

2 teaspoon / 20 ml vinegar

<\188> pint / 125 ml double cream

salt to taste


  • Grate the fresh horseradish and mix with the vinegar and salt.

    • Whip the cream and then fold into the mixture.

      • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
