250.Hot coconut sauce : Food Combining Hay Diet

Serves 4

4 oz / 125 g coconut, fresh or dessicated

1 medium onion

<\188> pint / 140 ml milk

½teaspoon / 1g chilli powder (to taste)

juice of one lemon


  • Finely chop the coconut and onion

  • Mix all the ingredients together and cook very gently until the onion is soft.

  • This sauce can also be served without cooking.
