A nice starter for a protein meal.

2 avocado pears

4 oz soft cream cheese

1 tablespoon double cream

1 tablespoon white wine

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground coriander seed

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom seed

salt & pepper


  • Halve the pears and remove the stones.

  • Blend the remaining ingredients and fill the cavities of the pears.

  • Serve with salad garnish.

  • Tip: Keep a separate pepper-mill for coriander seeds and grind as necessary
