273.Tangy cauliflower : Food Combining Hay Diet
Serves 4
1 cauliflower, broken into florets
salt and pepper
4 - 5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
zest and juice from 1 orange
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
Instructions
- Simmer cauliflower in boiling seasoned water for 5 minutes. Drain.
