Ingredients: for two portions
1 ripe avocado
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste
1 oz / 25g cottage cheese
1 oz / 25g cheddar cheese
Mash the flesh of the avocado with the salt and lemon juice.
Place the cottage cheese as the bottom layer in a ramekin.
Cover the cottage cheese with the avocado.
Place the grated cheddar cheese on top.
Grill until the cheddar cheese has melted and serve hot in the ramekin.
