Ingredients: makes 25 biscuits
8 oz or 225g dessicated coconut
6 rounded tablespoons puffed rice cereal
400g tin condensed milk
Mix the ingredients together.
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment and spoon the mixture to form 25 biscuits.
gas mark 4 350°F 180°C
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on the baking sheet. When cold, lift off the paper and store in an airtight tin.
