172.Horseradish Sauce : Glutenfree
Ingredients: 1 oz / 25g fresh horseradish 2 tbsp / 20 ml vinegar ¼ pint / 125 ml double cream salt to taste

Instructions:
Grate the fresh horseradish and mix with the vinegar and salt.
Whip the cream and then fold into the mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serving suggestions:
Serve with roast beef, beef stews, smoked fish.
