8.Rissoles : Glutenfree

Ingredients: to make four rissoles.

4 oz / 100g cooked mashed potato

1 oz / 25g finely chopped cooked onion

2 oz / 50g pea flour or gram flour

1 egg

salt to taste

4oz / 100g cooked minced beef

Instructions:

Beat the egg, flour, potato and onion together and then stir in the cooked minced beef.

Fry spoonfuls until golden brown on each side.

Variations:

Use sorghum flour in place of pea flour.
