White Icing Recipe: Gluten-free


5 oz / 125g sifted icing sugar

1 tablespoon water.


Stir the sifted icing sugar in a bowl and add the water very gradually, drop by drop, until a soft paste forms.

Spread the icing paste gently on top of the cake.
