203.Blue cheese dressing Recipe: Low Fat, Low Sugar


A simple cheese dressing for serving with green or mixed salads.

Use in small quantities only - don't smother food with sauces.

Serves 4

2 oz / 50 g blue cheese - Danish blue, Cambozola etc

5 oz / 150 g low-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh chopped tarragon

  • Crumble the cheese into the yogurt or use a liquidiser to mix all the ingredients together.
  • Do not keep for longer than two days in the refrigerator.
