220.Celery and apple salad Recipe: Low Fat, Low Sugar


Serves 4

1 head of celery, sliced

4 dessert apples, cored and sliced

2 oz chopped walnuts

3 tablespoons Sesame dressing (see recipe)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

  • Slice celery and apple into a bowl, mix in the chopped walnuts and pour the dressing over.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
