8 oz / 225 g grated cheddar cheese
2 oz / 50 g gram flour
1/2 pint / 300 ml milk
1 oz / 25 g fresh ground mustard seed
salt to taste
fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 tomato thinly sliced
- Beat the eggs and then beat in the remaining ingredients.
