243.Crudites Recipe: Low Fat, Low Sugar


Fresh crisp sticks cut from a wide variety of fresh vegetables, or fruit, make excellent snacks or starters.

They can be served with a basic herb dressing with any meal.

Serve with a selection of sauces - don't smother food with sauces.

  • Carrot, cut into sticks
  • Red pepper ( remove seeds )
  • Courgettes - small, cut into sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Cauliflower, small florets
  • Radishes, sliced
  • Mushroom, raw, sliced
  • Spring onions
  • Apple, sliced
