209.Horseradish sauce Recipe: Low Fat, Low Sugar

A traditional sauce to serve with roast beef, beef stews or smoked fish.

Serves 4

2 oz / 50 g fresh horseradish

2 teaspoon / 20 ml vinegar

<\188> pint / 125 ml low-fat yogurt

salt to taste

  • Grate the fresh horseradish and mix with the vinegar and salt.
  • Fold the yogurt into the mixture.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
