A traditional sauce to serve with roast beef, beef stews or smoked fish.
2 oz / 50 g fresh horseradish
2 teaspoon / 20 ml vinegar
<\188> pint / 125 ml low-fat yogurt
salt to taste
- Grate the fresh horseradish and mix with the vinegar and salt.
- Fold the yogurt into the mixture.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
