A tasty mint sauce to serve with roast lamb.

½oz / 12g fresh mint leaves, apple mint or spearmint

4 fl oz / 100 ml plain yogurt

  • Chop the fresh young spearmint or applemint leaves finely.

    Add the yogurt and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
