213.Sesame dressing Recipe: Low Fat, Low Sugar


Use in small quantities only - don't smother food with sauces.

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

2 tablespoons sesame oil

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons white or rose wine

1 teaspoon soft brown sugar

  • Mix all the ingredients together using a blender.
  • The dressing can be kept in a small screw-topped jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
