4.Fornalutx, Puig des Verger,  torrent de Biniaraix, gorge path, Mallorca

Took the car to Formalutx and parked on the road to Biniaraix. Walked up through Fornalutx before taking a path that climbed up many steps before zig zagging up the mountain. Steep but very enjoyable. Took 4 hours to the top. 850 m ascent. Then open and flat limestone pavement stripped of vegetation by goats. Down to the coll to follow the GR back down through the gorge - quite spectacular and a few more people about. 2.5 hours going down, then a short walk on small road back to car.
