bread recipe: from Patricia on 2011-09-26
Dear Margaret,
I would love to have some good recipes for bread made in a bread maker.
Besides having a severe allergy to gluten, I am allergic to rice also. Are there any flours that work in combination that don't use rice flour that you know of that would be good to use when making bread?
Thank you so much! I really do appreciate this.
Pat

You may need to experiment to get the quantities right, but try a mixture of maize flour (cornflour) tapioca flour and ground almonds. Tapioca flour can be obtained from stores supplying the Asian community

gluten freePanasonic breadmaker: from Mark on 2012-02-29
I have a new Panasonic bread machine and it makes great wheat breads. Unfortunately I've had no luck using gluten free flour - no rising, and incomplete mixing. Do you have a good recipe using gluten free flour, one that does not use eggs?
Thank you
