I have recently bought a panasonic bread maker with a gf setting, but am confused in which order to put the ingredients as the directions in the manual are different to the directions on the pack of doves farm bread flour. Can you help or can you give me recepies tried and tested?
Please help looking forward to eating some bread at last

i have reciently got a new breadmaker but it hasn't got a gluten free function on it? I have got a good gf flour mix which is a mixture of Rice, Potato, Tapioca & xanthian gum - makes white bread!
Any idea of a recipie I can use ? and will it work in my bread maker?
Thanks
