Can you please help me with any recipe for bread for my little girl of 6 years old, that's not allowed to eat gluten,sugar,dairy or fruit. She only likes soft white bread and would not eat any of the other breads I have tried as they are not soft and white. Please

Mix 4 oz of fine rice flour / sorghum/ maize flour with an egg and a tablespoon of olive oil
Add enough water to make a runny batter.

Pour small amounts into the pan and spread thinly.Cook in a hot frying pan with a little more oil.
Turn until brown each side. Serve warm.

It is not soft and white, but don't call it bread. Tell your little girl they are a special treat.

Does anyone know of UK Gluten intolerance testing: from on 2003-05-09

I know there isn't a test, per say, but any info on any clinic that deals with Gluten Intolerances would be appreciated

The only effective test is free, via your own NHS Doctor.
But don't start a gluten-free diet before the test. It won't work after.

Are there any types of bread which can be eaten or is it only the special gluten/wheat free you see in the organics dept of the supermarket (very expensive!)? What about branded rice crispies/mixed nuts/raisins/dried fruit as a made-up cereal

Look at the recipes in the book.
There is a very wide range of gluten-free bread you can eat.

well, I have narrowed down my intolerant foods to two. HotPockets, those frozen things you can stick in the microwave. And Philly Cheese Steak. Either the kind you make yourself from some kit in the store or the kind you can buy at a restraunt. People have suggested that I cannot eat cheese, but I eat cheese all the time.

I am thinking that perhaps there is some preservative that is used with frozen foods that have cheese in them.

Of course I eat frozen pizza all the time and I am fine
