I am looking for a new updated "Safe and Forbidden Lists " GF patient. Some grains like millet ,irish oats or buckweat are considered safe or not? Is it possible to get this list on internet? If it is, will you please give me an advise how and where to get it. Thanks

Uncontaminated buckwheat and millet are GF.
Adults on a well established GF diet are safe to eat pure oats in small quantities daily but the problem seems to be getting uncontaminated oats.
Here is more information about oats & CD:

Do you know of any place I can buy gluten-free oats? I have looked in health food stores, contacted the celiac assoc. but have not found anywhere I can order or buy the oats. I am willing to buy in large quantities if needed.
Thanks so much,
karen

Hi Karen -

Beth Armour and I, in Montreal, are in the process of marketing gluten-free oats that are grown in N. America. We already have some test samples that we will send you if you send us your contact info.

Look forward to hearing from you, Tracy
