Then, a potato or whole wheat toast before bedtime for the slow release of sugar during the night, keeping you balanced, healthy and happy. )Do you believe if someone is sugar sensitive, they should avoid food combining since two or more meals for the day have a high starch content? The "Page" diet also encourages protein with every meal... Why can't anyone agree?
