Serves 4

4 medium tomatoes


1 medium onion

6 oz / 150 g feta cheese

10 black olives

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juicev

pinch fresh basil

  • Thinly slice the tomato, cucumber and onion and mix with the olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes and place on top.
  • Scatter the olives on top.
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped basil over the salad.
