4 oz / 125 g coconut, fresh or dessicated
1 medium onion
¼ pint / 140 ml low-fat milk
½teaspoon / 1g chilli powder (to taste)
juice of one lemon
- Finely chop the coconut and onion
- Mix all the ingredients together and cook very gently until the onion is soft.
- This sauce can also be served without cooking.
