2 oz / 50g millet grain
2 oz / 50g chopped dates
1/4 pint / 150 ml water
- Soak the millet and dates in the water overnight.
- In the morning, simmer gently for 35 - 40 minutes until the millet is tender but nutty.
- Serve with fruit juice.
- Sultanas, raisins or chopped dried apricots may be used in place of the dates.
