2017:03:27 Our apartment was on the slopes above Port de Soller centre and we started our first day's walk from there. 11miles, 18 km.
Walked from the apartment round the bay to the lighthouse, then turned right off the start of the GR. Mostly easy to follow and very peaceful with glimpses of the sea. Several places the paint markings were on very steep scrambles, but there were much easier routes marked by cairns just inland (not the seaward side ) Very quiet with no other walkers. Followed the GR route back to Soller and its narrow streets, then a small road and path back to the port.

We turned right, heading south and inland to join the main GR 221 path at San Mico, where we turned left, heading east.
