Two of the best paintings are currently housed in the kitchen range. These have been cleaned and restored and the lighting is excellent

Steam was fed from a large boiler to provide the heat to hot food cupboards and steamers
The pans on display are original. Each numbered with its own place on the shelf
That could easily roast half a pig or a side of beef
